Multi-Utility Services

Delivering seamless multi-utility infrastructure, with unrivalled quality of service. Our customers can have full confidence in their utility supply chain. From design to network operation, every stage is managed and delivered by GTC, the UK’s network provider of choice.

From the start of each project, our networks are designed together with you. Our processes are as streamlined as possible from scheduling works, to multi- utility delivery, providing lower installation costs for our customers and saving time. We identify a critical path for all the utilities to ensure that deadlines are met and homes and premises are connected on time. Our project managers have oversight of the whole project, providing you with a single, knowledgeable point of contact ready to respond to operational developments and assist you in overcoming site challenges.

We don’t just provide all the utilities’ networks. We do it well, and at any scale required. We use our own highly expert and experienced teams throughout and our safety and quality record speaks for itself.

Heat Networks

The Future Homes Standard is expected to end the use of gas for heating new homes by 2025. GTC is ideally placed to support house builders in the migration from gas fired heating to zero carbon solutions.

Electricity Networks

GTC is an Independent Distribution Network Operator (IDNO), accredited under the Lloyds National Electricity Registration Scheme (NERS) to carry out connections and infrastructure works from design through to connection. We do it all ourselves, without having to rely on the Regional Distribution Network Operator (DNO) to energise the connection.
