Guaranteed Standards of Service Payment (GSOS)

GSOS payments are guaranteed payments made in the event of power outages which surpasses the agreed guidelines set out by OFGEM. If you have experienced a power outage recently, please complete the form below and we will get back to you regarding a claim. If you are able to provide your Meter Point Administrator Number (MPAN) or a Meter Serial Number (MSN) this will speed up your claim. Your MPAN can be found on your electricity bill, and MSN can be found on your electricity meter.
