GTC has developed a heat network solution for traditional, new-build, low-rise developments. Hot water is produced centrally in a Community Heat Hub, using large-scale Heat Pumps powered by grid electricity.

GTC welcomes the recent announcement from the Government that building regulations will be amended to ensure that all new homes have access to gigabit fibre broadband as standard. GTC’s fibre networks already meet this requirement, with services available for customers from the day they move into their new homes.
In April this year, the final barrier to water market competition was removed, allowing independent utility network providers such as GTC, to compete on a level playing field with the regional water companies.
