Send in Your Application

Fill in our online form and send it with the details above.

We’ll Send You a Quote

  • Gas (standard): within 4 working days
  • Gas (non-standard/commercial): within 11 working days
  • Electricity (standard): within 5 working days
  • Electricity (non-standard): within 15 working days
  • Gas and Electricity: within 4 working days

Step 3

Accept & Make Payment

Return your signed acceptance form and full payment (quotes are valid for 60 days).

Step 4

Pre-Start Visit (if needed)

For new or complex jobs, we may visit site to confirm details.

Step 5

Planning the Work

Most works take place 8–10 weeks after payment.

Step 6

Getting Started

We’ll call about a week before to confirm everything is ready.

Step 7

Job Done

We complete the work, reinstate any disturbed areas, and tidy up.

  • Service route and distance
  • Energy load details (with data sheets if available)
  • Type of meter box
  • Who’s carrying out digging and reinstatement
