To begin the land rights process, GTC will require:
- A copy of the proposed/agreed utility network design
- The landowner’s information and contact details (if different from the developer)
- The landowner’s solicitor details
- A copy of the Highways search, and the completed Section 38 agreements
This information will be requested and collated by GTC’s Nominated Designer and issued to GTC’s Land Rights team to progress the land rights process.
