Our water and wastewater infrastructure provision includes:
- Adoption of the potable water networks
- Adoption of foul and surface water infrastructure which is constructed by the housebuilder to agreed adoptable standards
- Long-term ownership and operation of the water and wastewater network
- All customer supply services including metering and billing
- Environmental incentives to support more water-efficient new homes (discount applied to infrastructure charge same for all market participants)
