Do I need to notify or apply for Embedded Generation?

Anyone installing Embedded Generation is required to notify the local Distribution Network Operator (DNO) of the installation.

For all Embedded Generation applications please ask your installer to use our online SUREconnect portal.

If your installer requires any assistance with the portal, please call 01359 302518.

Residents that require their DNO letter will need to send their MCS Certificate to [email protected].
