If you smell gas, open your doors and windows, turn off your gas at the meter (unless the meter is in a cellar), extinguish naked flames and don’t use electric switches. Call the above gas emergency number immediately.
For gas meter and billing issues call your gas supplier. Their number can be found at the top of your latest energy bill. If you have an annual care plan with your gas supplier, they may be able to fix any problems you might have with your gas appliances and pipework.
