Installers of electric vehicle (EV) charging points must notify the local Distribution Network Operator (DNO) of the installation.
If the combined system load exceeds a certain level, a connection will need to be applied for in advance.
For electric vehicle (EV) charging points, please ask your installer to use our SUREconnect portal.

Residents that require their DNO letter will need to send their MCS Certificate to [email protected].
