Installers of electric vehicle (EV) charging points and solar installations must notify the local Distribution Network Operator (DNO) of the installation.
If the combined system load exceeds a certain level, a connection will need to be applied for in advance.
For electric vehicle charging points and solar installations this can be done through our SUREconnect portal.
