Does GTC charge Connection Offer Expenses?

Where applicable, we will notify you in writing in situations where you will be required to pay Connection Offer Expenses. If you inform us within 5 working days of submitting your connection application that you do not wish to proceed, you will not be charged. However, if more than 5 working days have passed since the application submission, we may charge you in accordance with the time spent assessing the application.
