GTC and Persimmon Homes have agreed terms that will see GTC continue to build, own, and operate water networks, and own and operate wastewater networks, on behalf of all Persimmon Homes regional offices.
GTC was the first utility infrastructure provider to offer house builders, including Persimmon Homes, NAV water and waste networks in competition with the incumbent operators, providing a competitive, efficient, and customer-focused service to new home builders for the installation and ownership of water and wastewater networks.
