MAKING IT RIGHT WHEN
THINGS DON’T GO TO PLAN
At GTC, we’re committed to delivering the highest standards of customer care and reliability. But very occasionally, things don’t go to plan. If that happens, we’ll always aim to make it right, and you may be eligible for compensation. That’s where Guaranteed Standards of Service (GSOS) payments come in.
WHAT ARE GSOS PAYMENTS?
Ofgem, the UK energy regulator, sets GSOS payments. They make sure all network operators, including GTC, meet clear service standards.
If we don’t meet the service levels required -for example, if your supply has been interrupted for longer than expected, or you’ve had repeated outages, you may qualify for compensation for the inconvenience caused.
