For watewater and surface water networks, the adoption process follows industry standards and ensures assets are safe, compliant and ready for long-term operation:
- We adopt sewerage networks that are designed and built by housebuilders or their agents, under the Model Asset Adoption Agreement (Section 104)
- We offer a flexible sewers adoption approach – phase and/or partial site completion
- No charges apply for design review, inspections or repeat visits; this includes pumping stations and SuDS
- We accept all industry approved materials, supporting efficient installtion and compliant network adoption
