- Adoption of foul and surface water infrastructure constructed by the housebuilder to agreed adoptable standards
- Long-term ownership and operation of the water and wastewater networks, providing reliable service and full lifecycle management
- All customer supply services including metering, billing and ongoing support for residents
- Environmental incentives to support more water-efficient new homes (discount applied to infrastructure charge, same for all market participants)
