To begin the land rights process, GTC will require:

  • A copy of the proposed/agreed design
  • Landowner information and contact details (if different from the developer)
  • Landowner solicitor details
  • Copy of the Highways search and completed Section 38 agreements

This information will be requested and collated by GTC’s Nominated Designer and issued to GTC’s Land Rights team to progress.
