Priority Service Customers

We appreciate that some customers may have additional requirements and require priority treatment.  These customers may rely on electricity or gas for a variety of reasons such as: being disabled, are of pensionable age or have a chronic illness. 

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted supply 100% of the time.  We do however offer a Priority Service Registration scheme, which means that we will inform you in advance of any planned interruptions and we will make every effort to contact you proactively when we have an unplanned interruption.

How to register

If you or your nominated representative would like to register you can do so by:

  • Calling us on 01359 243311.
  • Writing to us at - GTC, Energy House, Woolpit Business Park, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP30 9UP.
  • Contacting your energy supplier who will pass your details on to us.

To register we will need your name, address and telephone number(s) and the reason for you being medically dependant on electricity, or vulnerable.
