GTC provides complete and independent utility infrastructure solutions for both new housing and commercial developments nationwide. We have a team of utility experts in-house creating bespoke design solutions for every development - whatever its type or size and however complex.
We design, install and operate our own new networks for:
- Gas networks.
- Electricity networks.
- Dual Fuel solutions: Combination of Gas and Electricity.
- Multi utility solutions: We can deliver solutions for gas and electricity with the option of providing water design and installation on a self-lay basis only. Water networks are not owned by GTC.
- Renewable & Sustainable solutions: We provide Gas SMART meters and Photovoltaic (PV) Systems. Our networks also support air and ground sourced heat pumps and combined heat and power (CHP).
