GTC is now bringing competition to the electricity market, having gained an electricity distribution licence in September of 2006. This means we can now design, build and operate electricity distribution networks throughout the UK.
As a developer or a UIP this means that you can now come to us for electricity networks as well as gas networks. We will use our expertise on your behalf to:
Provide a fixed price quotation for your development
Ensure that off site costs reflect your development needs
Design a network tailored to the needs of your site
Negotiate with upstream electricity network operators for a suitable point of connection (POC)
Install and maintain the electricity network and meters to suit your development programme
Work with you and your chosen energy supplier to help guarantee supplies when you need them
Our expertise in this field has been drawn from both the electricity distribution and supply markets and we are confident that we can improve the standard of service for quotations, technical support and design, during installation and once the connection is live.
