Providing Infrastructure for builders, developers and landowners
GTC delivers comprehensive utility solutions for every development. We work with national house builders, consortiums, housing associations, utility contractors (UIP’s/ICP’s) and energy companies delivering utility infrastructure solutions to domestic housing and commercial developments.

We don’t aim to profit from the actual construction of our networks. Instead, our revenue is generated by the ownership of the utilities networks in perpetuity; so we offset future earnings against the utility construction costs of your development. That is why we are so competitive.
Awarded the highest rating for safety
Safety is always a top priority for GTC and we have recently achieved over 24 months without a lost time incident. In addition, in an independent assessment of our Safety Management System using the ROSPA QSA Auditing Framework – we achieved a level 5 rating, the highest category within the scheme. We are Lloyds accredited for all utilities – another indication of our exacting standards.
