Any housebuilder who satisfies our self-lay adoption procedures and requirements and who also signs up to our GTC (for gas) and/or ENC (for electricity) adoption agreement can obtain an asset value. To obtain a GTC asset value you will need industry standard accreditations e.g. NERS, GIRS and WIRS. GTC also requires that you satisfy our self-lay adoption procedures and requirements, and that you sign up to our adoption agreement. It takes approximately 48 hours to issue an asset value.
We aim to approve designs within 5 working days.
