GTC provides housebuilders, consultants and landowners with tailored quotations and bespoke designs for each development. The design is created by GTC’s own engineers who have the knowledge and experience to provide the most cost-effective solution for the utility infrastructure needs of the scheme.
Each quotation presents a clear cost breakdown ensuring there are no hidden charges. GTC’s Regional Sales Managers are available to answer any queries, and will assist throughout the quotation process and during every stage of the development. Once the quotation has been accepted, GTC’s field engineers will also support the project team and site manager through the installation of the network.

Consultants
GTC understands the need for consultants to obtain the most cost-effective quotation for a client. A quotation from GTC’s in-house engineers will ensure consultants are provided with a detailed design along with a full cost breakdown, ready to be presented to the client.

Consortiums
GTC is used to managing the sometimes complicated partnerships of consortiums. GTC has found that offering the flexibility of either a very detailed design for the whole development or, initially, an infrastructure-only design, helps to cater for all requirements. A quotation from GTC can include some or all parts of the development and can also be produced in such a way as to ensure it caters for any potential further development.
